What we make
Our upholstery work spans everything from a single chair that needs new life to full sets of dining chairs, custom sofas, built-in window seats and bedheads. Because we work from our own Sydney workroom — the same one that makes your curtains — the quality and finish is consistent, and we can match fabrics across every furnishing in a room.
Reupholstery
Bring back a piece you love — a sofa, armchair, dining chairs or a vintage find. We strip, re-pad where needed, and recover in your choice of fabric. A well-made frame can last another generation with the right treatment.
Dining chairs
The most requested upholstery job. Whether it’s drop-in seats, fully upholstered backs, or bench seating, we recover dining chairs as a set so the colour and tension match perfectly across every piece.
Bedheads & bedframes
Custom upholstered bedheads in any size, shape and fabric — floor-to-ceiling panels, winged frames, button-tufted or plain. We make them to the exact dimensions of your room and bed.
Window seats & ottomans
Built-in window seats, storage ottomans, footstools and day beds. Custom-made to fit your space, with fabric matched to your curtains or blinds if needed.
Custom cushions
Scatter cushions, bolsters, bench pads and outdoor cushions. Feather, down-wrapped or foam inserts — any size with coordinating or contrasting piping, flanges and trims.
Soft furnishing packages
For new builds and renovations — we coordinate curtains, blinds, cushions, bedheads and reupholstery across a whole home. One decorator, one workroom, one consistent finish throughout.
How it works
Upholstery requires seeing the piece in person — dimensions on paper rarely tell the full story.

Book a consultation
We come to your home. For reupholstery we assess the piece in situ — checking the frame condition, existing padding and any structural repairs needed before quoting.

Choose your fabric
Your decorator brings fabric samples from our full range. You choose in your own light, next to your own floors and walls. We’ll advise on suitability for the piece and level of use.

We collect the piece
For reupholstery, we arrange collection and take the furniture to our workroom. For bedheads and custom pieces we work from measurements and room photos. Lead time is typically 4–6 weeks.

Delivery and placement
We deliver and place the finished piece, make sure the result is exactly right, and take care of any touch-ups before we leave.
Fabrics
Upholstery fabric needs to handle friction, resist pilling and hold its structure over time. We’ll advise on the right fabric weight and weave for each piece and how it’s used.
