Refund policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. When receiving your fabric it is vital that you check for flaws before you begin cutting as we or our suppliers will not accept returns once the goods have been cut.

As colours can vary between what you see on an electronic screen and in person, we always recommend obtaining a physical cutting of the fabric (which we can supply at no cost in most cases) prior to placing your order.

We happily stand by our products however and if you have any issues with manufacturing faults please contact us BEFORE you cut the fabric with pictures of the fault and we will arrange a refund or replacement. Most products are warranted for a period of 12 months however this can vary from product to product so please do contact us to confirm exact warranty on a specific product if required.

If a refund is to be provided we will do so within 7 days of receipt of the faulty goods.
