Shipping policy

We ship Australia wide for a flat fee of $25 and offer free shipping on orders over $250.

Delivery for in stock items will be via our courier service or Australia Post depending on what items are ordered and will be dispatched from Chatswood, NSW within 1 business day of order for stocked items.

Delivery of non stocked items may either come direct from the supplier or be shipped to Material World first and then dispatched to you. Typical dispatch times in these scenarios are from 1-3 weeks however there can be further delays if fabrics need to come from overseas or need to be milled to meet your order.
